International sea and air export operation process
Order acceptance: The customer needs to provide a booking power of attorney, and confirm with the customer whether we need our company to arrange a customs declaration trailer
Booking: enter the system, export our booking power of attorney and send it to the shipping company (7-21 days for booking), confirm whether there is a space, and urge the shipping company/air transport company to issue the number and send the cargo notification and the bill of lading to the customer
Trailer loading: If you need our trailer to confirm the loading time, location, contact information, towing fee, etc. with the customer
Confirmation of the bill of lading: after packing, confirm the weight of the piece with the customer, and the cabinet will return to the station within the specified cut-off time
Customs declaration: Customs declaration requires the customer to provide the customs declaration documents and the goods receipt notice to the customs broker, confirm the arrival report and manifest information, and then clear the customs as soon as possible. If you encounter inspection, you need to notify the customer and the shipping company/airline as soon as possible, confirm the latest customs cut-off time, coordinate with the customs bank to arrange inspection and release as soon as possible, and send the new seal number to the shipping company after release
Confirmation fee: about three days after sailing, air freight will prompt the company's bill for about one day, enter the system, send the bill to the customer for confirmation, let the financial invoice, urge the customer to pay, and confirm the arrival
Signing the bill: Sign the bill at the shipping company
Refund: Return the customs declaration form in about two weeks and send it to the customer
